Drunk Lobster, a Signature Gariful Dish of Quality

Of of the most popular dishes on the Gariful menu is Drunk Lobster, one of the signature dishes which defines the restaurant. We receive many requests for the recipe, and while we cannot divulge the very finest secrets of the recipe, we are happy to explain how to make it, minus a couple of those secret Gariful ingredients.

In Croatian and in English:

DRUNK LOBSTER – for 4 people
1,5 kg lobster
0,20 kg onions
0,50 kg tomatoes
0,15 l olive oil
0,35 l white wine
2 chopped cloves of garlic
0,015 parsley
1 peperoncino
0,5 kg spaghetti
0,7 l fish stock
salt, ground black pepper

-preparation-

boil the lobster for 2 min. in salty water. Cut into pieces. Fry the chopped onions in olive oil. When the onions are cooked, add chopped tomatoes, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and peperocino.
Add the white wine.
cook until the wine evaporates.
Take the resulting source and cook with the lobster for 25 minutes, adding fish stock.
Cook the spaghetti for 3 minutes in salty water before adding the sauce. Add parsley and serve.

PIJANI JASTOG -za 4 osobe
1,5 kg jastoga
0,20 kg kapule
0,50 kg rajčica
0,15 l masl.ulja
0,35 l b.vina
2 režnja češnj.
0,015 peršina
1 peperoncino
0,5 kg spagheti
0,7 l ribljeg temeljca
sol,mljeveni crni papar
-priprema-
jastoga prokuhamo 2 min.u slanoj vodi.Izrežemo ga na komade.Na masl.ulju dinstamo sjeckanu kapulu.Kad kapula zažuti dodamo sjeckane rajčice,češnjak,peršin,sol,papar i peperoncino.
Podlijemo bijelim vinom.
kuhamo dok vino ispari.
dobiveni umak ispasiramo.
U Ispasirani umak stavimo jastoga,te ga kuhamo 25 min.uz dodavanje ribljeg temeljca.
Spaghete prokuhamo 3 min.u slanoj vodi te umješamo u dobiveni umak.
Propirjamo nekoliko min.Pospemo peršinom i spreman je za posluživanje.
