No matter how successful, each tourist season has its beginning and end, and for Restaurant Gariful it has been traditionally more successful than the previous one, because the restaurant management is doing its best in order to surpass the success of the previous seasons and retain its position on the top of the elite restaurants on the Hvar Island. For many years now, Restaurant Gariful has been setting new standards in hospitality, by increasing its offer regarding gastronomy, offering the best fish specialties on the island and expanding the list of wines, and regarding the manner of serving its much appreciated guests.
The season that ends on the 5th October can be evaluated as quite successful since, apart from its regular guests, Restaurant Gariful has been the host to some of the most eminent persons from the world of sport, music, and business such as Eva la Rue, Slaven Bilić, Luis Figo, Mamadou Sakho, Marko Grujić,and many others.
Another acknowledgement for the good and high quality work has arrived in the text about Restaurant Gariful in the prestigious magazine for men, Playboy, and luxury lifestyle service Quintessential, whose texts promote restaurants, clubs, and other representative places that should be visited.
The early closure of the restaurant has been caused by the intention of the management to readily meet the new season with the renovated interior and exterior, and to open its door to the guests in all its glory.
The intended renovating refers primarily to putting the upstairs terrace into function and to introducing the new concept of the restaurant after midnight. The new concept involves the same purpose and usage of the downstairs terrace where the restaurant will remain to be located, but that will,when the Hvar nightlife starts, turn into a louder place than usual restaurant with VIP booths where the guest will be able to participate in various show acts every night. On the upstairs terrace, on the other hand, the guest will be able to have a bite and the kitchen will focus on meat dishes and tapas to appropriate smooth music.
In any case, Restaurant Gariful will readily meet the following season and welcome its guest in new attire and, of course, everyone is welcome.
